We are currently seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join our client in County Dublin.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient store performance.
* Supervise, train, and motivate the store team, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
* Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, organization, and safety at all times.
* Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
* Monitor stock levels and collaborate with the inventory team to ensure shelves remain stocked and organized.
* Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on store performance, including sales figures, staffing levels, and operational issues.
Experience & Skills
* Previous experience in a retail environment, with supervisory or management experience highly preferred.
* Experience in a grocery store or similar setting is advantageous.
* Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and staff.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other relevant software.
* Ability to perform well under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
