Job Title: HR Advisor
We are representing a multinational HR & Employment Law services client in their search for an experienced HR Advisor.
This role is ideal for HR professionals looking to gain valuable experience advising on HR processes and procedures, and Employment Law for over 30,000 clients across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide reliable and commercially focused HR and Employment Law advice to clients via phone calls on all matters of HR, from general to complex queries.
* Participate in a comprehensive training program and have the potential to gain a part post-graduate qualification.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting clients with quality advice, receiving and responding to client calls, and providing supporting information/documentation as needed.
To be considered, candidates must have:
* Good employment law knowledge through studies or working experience.
* A CIPD qualification or equivalent experience in the workplace.
* Previous experience working in a KPI/target driven environment, ideally in a shared service centre.
* Ability to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and work under pressure.
* Excellent communication skills.
The shift pattern for this role is 37.5 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7, with varying shifts between 7am and 9pm. The core shift is 9am-5:30pm, but occasional weekend work and public holidays may be required.
