Key responsibilities The Senior Financial Analyst will be a part of our Honeywell Advanced Materials team, working closely with our EMEA Finance Director and Finance Manager.
Responsible for analysis on a circa $650m region.

GeneralAct with COO mindset within Advanced Materials EMEA Finance team to align business decisions which enable performance to monthly and quarterly financial commitmentsHelp drive the Finance Management Operating System (MOS) to provide right and fast financial information for business decisionsSupport execution of financial strategies to achieve or exceed committed performanceForecasting, Planning, & AnalysisSupport weekly financial pulse process ensuring commercial latest estimates (LE) are gathered and assessed, summarizing gaps to targets, and identifying risks and opportunities to financial commitmentsMaintain close communication with financial and business leaders ensuring timely understanding of risk factors that may impact financial performanceManage the monthly forecasting process and related analysis, summarizing changes cycle-over-cycle driving continuous improvement to process and visibility across all Lines of Business (LOB's) within Advanced MaterialsAssist in Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process as well as the Strategic Annual Planning process (STRAP)Support general business performance reporting for Business and Financial Leadership as neededLead analysis related to Op.Ex spendIdentify opportunities for Working Capital / Cash Flow improvementsControllership & General AccountingManage month-close process for Irish Legal Entity, coordinating with our shared service colleagues & stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial reportingSupport monthly accrual process, variance analysis (PPV etc.
), intercompany billing, and cost centre managementAssist with internal and external audit requests as neededCosting & Transfer PricingSupport annual Costing & Transfer Pricing activities in region to ensure accurate margin maintained within Legal EntityAct as coordinator with Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) and Master Data teams to ensure ERP systems maintained correctlyKey skills and qualifications We are looking for a results-oriented finance professional to help drive the business' growth, productivity, and financial performance within the EMEA region.
