Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
* Marketing Strategy Development: Update sales, marketing, and estimating strategies to align with business goals and market trends.
* Website Management: Manage and update the company's WordPress website, including posting job opportunities, case studies, and new products/services to maintain relevant content.
* Social Media Presence: Maintain a professional LinkedIn presence by engaging with industry professionals and potential clients to enhance visibility and generate leads.
* Event Organization: Organize workshops, seminars, and webinars for prospective and current clients.
* Marketing Materials Design: Design and update marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, trade show displays, short videos, and advertisements using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Express, and Adobe InDesign.
* Case Study Library: Develop and maintain a library of case studies, templates, and tender documents to support business development and streamline proposal processes.
* Digital Campaigns: Plan, execute, monitor, and report on Google Ads and LinkedIn Sponsored Content campaigns.
* Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and marketing materials across all platforms to reflect company values and engage the target audience.
Requirements:
Qualifications
* A third-level qualification in marketing or a related field.
Experience
* A minimum of two years' experience in a marketing executive role, ideally within the construction or engineering sector.
Skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to develop compelling content and marketing materials.
