Job Title: Food & Beverage Supervisor
The Ashling Hotel invites experienced candidates to apply for the position of Food & Beverage Supervisor.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Food & Beverage Supervisor will provide exceptional service to all guests, ensuring a welcoming and friendly experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* To maintain high standards of hospitality and provide excellent customer service to guests at all times.
* To ensure efficient guest requirements are carried out in a timely manner.
* To oversee table service, guaranteeing all guests receive attentive care.
* To possess comprehensive knowledge of menus, including allergens, to answer guest and staff inquiries.
* To coordinate with the kitchen team to deliver food promptly and efficiently.
* To have a deep understanding of daily business operations.
* To be aware of all departments' opening and closing times.
Requirements:
* Flexibility to adapt working hours is essential.
* Able to work independently, using initiative when necessary.
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a hospitality environment.
* Fluent English language skills and excellent communication abilities.
* Proficiency in Micros would be advantageous.
