Project Manager for Large Scale Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement CE Project
This is a pivotal role with high visibility and influence within the wider technology program and strategy of the organisation. The Project Manager will oversee the delivery of multiple streams of work in a large-scale programme that supports the business's technology transformation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project deliverables and scope, resolving cross-functional issues and change controls, and coordinating resources from internal teams and vendors.
We are seeking an experienced professional with:
* A degree and relevant certifications such as PMP or Prince2
* Over 10 years of commercial experience in a similar field
* A minimum of 4 years working with Microsoft Dynamics CE CRM or similar systems
* A good understanding of technical architecture, including ERP systems
* Excellent English and written communication skills
Desirable but not essential qualifications include experience with Magento or e-commerce platforms, and retail industry knowledge.
This is a mid-senior level contract position requiring a hybrid approach, with 2 days a week spent at a city-west office location.
