Financial Services Sales Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious, highly motivated Financial Services Sales Manager to lead our Choice service offering.
Responsibilities:
* Sales Management:
o Lead and motivate the team to meet and exceed targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
o Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Head of Financial Planning.
o Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals.
* Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
o Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
o Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by delivering excellence at every touchpoint.
* Financial Oversight:
o Oversee financial transactions and ensure compliance with regulations at all times.
o Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for the Choice offering.
o Analyse and interpret financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
* Team Leadership:
o Lead, coach, and develop all employees within the team.
o Conduct regular check-ins with employees, provide ongoing feedback, and conduct performance reviews quarterly.
o Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
* Strategic Planning:
o Collaborate with other departments to align strategies with overall business objectives.
o Identify new opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies to enhance the client experience.
o Stay updated on industry trends through a continuous improvement mindset and attending regular CPD sessions.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
2. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (CFP) would be advantageous.
3. A demonstrated track record of strong leadership and team management, ideally in the financial services industry.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive approach to overcoming challenges.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality work output and a high degree of accuracy, working to agreed deadlines.
6. Strong communicator with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders professionally.
7. Excellent knowledge of financial services and product offerings.
