Join us as a Trade-In Manager This role is a combination of proposition management and development alongside project and supplier management.
This role sits within the Propositions team in Three.
This role is responsible for managing all aspects of device Trade-In programs and for driving our growing portfolio of Circular Economy Propositions.
The primary tasks of this role are to manage and deliver on Trade In adoption across all channels,, to provide device trade-in SOP training to channels, to manage day-to-day operations and proposition development to drive trade-in numbers across all channels to achieve targets.
The role will also drive performance, insight and growth for relevant propositions within beyond mobile connectivity and connected devices portfolio.
What else it involves: You will be accountable for the device trade-in programs, including their performance and achievement of targets.
You will also drive performance and understanding on other relevant propositions, championing them through the various channels.
You will serve as a liaison and primary point of contact between Three Ireland and relevant external business partners, responsible for end-to-end supplier relationships.
You will act as a project manager to evaluate, prioritise, develop and deploy device Trade-In programs and other relevant propositions.
You will participate in the development and execution of strategic and tactical business plans with other members of the cross functional team who support our Trade-In strategies.
You will work closely with channel teams, communicating relevant information such as to program mechanics, promotions, technology and operational updates in order to drive the device Trade-In business.
You will provide training to channel teams in order to facilitate them to manage queries on the propositions that you manage (including trade in).
You will provide feedback and coaching to channel teams for device grading and pricing upon accepting trade-in devices for acquisition/upgrades.
You will monitor trends and queries, ensuring that these are acted on speedily and that relevant internal stakeholders are updated, and necessary program improvements are implemented.
You will work closely with the marketing team to plan, develop and execute effective marketing campaigns such as content development and management across our company websites and social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns, offline campaigns, seasonal promotions, etc.
Other ad-hoc projects as assigned The skills we are looking for: Essential Experience of creating and delivering trading plans to support margin.
Strong Commercial Acumen.
Ability to manage supplier relationships.
Exceptional interpersonal, networking, negotiation, influencing, and communication skills are essential with evidence of a proactive approach and creditable outcomes (including PowerPoint skills) Ability to demonstrate a drive for results within a pressurised environment to strict timelines.
Self-sufficient and able to galvanise others behind the team's vision and direction.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have Proven experience within a retail marketing/product marketing coming from electronic and telco industry.
Experience of working in fast paced, dynamic and challenging environments.
Appreciation of the customer, their needs and how to meet them.
Excellent decision making and prioritisation capabilities.
