We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Surveyor to join our Commercial team in Cork.
Whilst you will be part of the broader national commercial team, the role will be located in Cork and the focus will be both on working on the commercial business in the Munster region, while also working on other projects with the broader commercial team.

Role & Responsibilities:
Assisting with valuation instructions and inspections for all property sectors including investment, development land, office, logistics and retail for the purposes of secured lending and fund valuations.
Contribute to the delivery of all projects to include inspections, surveys, researching, drafting reports and valuations, inputting comparable information into our database.
Assisting with agency instructions to include the sale and leasing of all types of commercial property.
Assisting with the marketing of properties and pitches.
Assist with lease advisory instructions to include rent reviews and lease renewals.
Maintain and update RPS database, ensure timely responses and that all details are recorded accurately on the relevant system.
Utilise all relevant technology systems provided, maintain up to date and accurate records, ensuring valuations are continually and appropriately recorded.
Collaborate with the wider Commercial team, contributing to the delivery of the business plan, while supporting each other in the achievement of KPIs.
Identify and act on referrals as they present themselves across Sherry FitzGerald Group.

Requirements:
Must hold an SCSI accredited degree or in the process of completing your degree.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Proficient in MS packages. Knowledge of relevant IT packages such as Argus would be an advantage.
Excellent report writing and numeracy skills.
PSRA Licence.
Full clean driver Licence.
