Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Operations Shift Lead.
About the Role:
This position involves overseeing the operation of a micro-warehouse, including team management, customer service, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of inbound operations to ensure 100% accuracy in receiving goods and timely storage of stock
* Inventory management for 100% completion of scheduled cycle counting & stock adjustments to ensure stock accuracy
* Team management to ensure 100% completion of all shift tasks and checklists (task assignment & completion)
* Outbound operations management to ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched within 4 minutes
* Emergency handling and escalation when necessary
* Customer service with a response time of less than 2 minutes and 100% first-call resolution
* Shift management, including compliance on safety protocols & waste management procedures
Requirements:
* Leadership experience in frontline teams with ability to hit targets under pressure
* Positive attitude and ability to help people do their best
* Grit and adaptability in fast-paced environments like Food, Retail, Hospitality, Warehousing, or similar
* Owner mindset with confidence to take charge and lead shifts independently
* Reliability, organisation, and problem-solving skills
* Fluent English speaker with basic computer system skills
