Branch Manager in Clonmel
Your role as Branch Manager is critical to the success of our business, ensuring seamless collaboration among branch employees to deliver exceptional service to external customers and internal partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate a large team to excel in their roles, including line management of the branch team.
* Oversee all sales, operations, resource allocation, and customer service within the branch to meet daily sales targets and operational KPIs.
* Maintain an enthusiastic willingness to be involved in HR, performance management, succession planning, and recruitment, recognizing that our people are our most valuable asset.
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and branch standards, driving our safety-first culture from the front.
* Demonstrate behavior aligned with our Company's core values and promote a customer-focused mindset within the branch.
* Collaborate with field-based teams to maximize customer opportunities.
Schedule:
Average 46 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8am - 6pm), and alternate Saturdays (8am - 4pm).
