Job Title: Access to Care Advisor (Radiology)
The Access to Care Advisor will be part of an integrated team across our UPMC healthcare services that will simplify access to care for our patients.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
* Work in our Radiology Department primarily.
* Support hospital Admissions and Outpatients as required.
* Be responsible for admitting all patients in a timely and courteous manner.
* Manage cash handling and end-of-day balancing.
* Handle all queries with the wider team.
* Multitask in a demanding role working with a wider team.
* Have knowledge of multiple systems and manage a busy workload.
* Have excellent attention to detail and ability to use the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
* Ensure confidentiality of patient information at all times.
* Liaise with other teams to ensure safe handling of records at all times.
* Complete regular audits as required.
Requirements:
* 12 months experience in a similar role or healthcare setting.
* Bachelor's degree in Business or Secretarial Studies.
* Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Experience of healthcare systems, including i Pims desirable.
