Who You Are
You're an experienced agency professional with a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and social impact campaigns. You thrive in fast-paced environments, love crafting compelling stories, and have a deep understanding of public policy, popular culture, and emerging digital and social media trends. You bring creative ideas to the table and are skilled at managing projects, timelines, and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management:
* Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and project updates.
* Assist senior team members with Work in Progress (WIP) meetings, reports, and timelines.
Content Creation & Digital Strategy:
* Develop engaging, high-impact social content, written, photographic, and video.
* Manage and optimise content calendars, ensuring alignment with campaign goals.
* Write persuasive and strategic copy across multiple platforms.
* Work on multi-channel campaigns across social media, paid digital, influencer partnerships, and PR.
Creative Strategy & Production:
* Contribute fresh creative ideas to campaigns tackling Ireland’s most pressing social issues.
* Assist in planning, shooting, and editing video content, from concept to execution.
* Stay ahead of digital trends and help shape our creative approach to engagement.
Project & Campaign Management:
* Keep projects on track, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
* Collaborate with designers, editors, and motion graphic artists to bring ideas to life.
Essential Skills & Experience
2+ years of agency experience in social marketing, PR, content creation, or digital marketing.
Strong copywriting and content creation skills across multiple platforms.
Experience with paid digital ads (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Understanding of Irish popular culture, public policy, social movements, and behavioural change strategies.
Strong organisation and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-moving creative team.
Familiarity with video production, editing, and motion graphics is a bonus.
