Fastnet Executive Search are excited to partner with our long-standing Life Sciences Client here in Cork in a search for a Senior HR Manager. We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR professional who will be a People Business Partner to their leaders, aligning their people strategy to their overall business objectives to drive organisational performance, engagement and culture.
Responsibilities:
* Partnering people leaders to develop HR solutions that enhance performance, employee engagement and sustain our inclusive culture.
* Provide expertise in areas including workforce planning, talent management, organization design, change management and succession planning.
* Collaborate with their COEs (Talent Acquisition, Operations, Compensation and Benefits, People Development and Diversity, Equity and inclusion).
* Provide support, thought partnership and coaching leaders and employees at all levels on how to manage performance, team dynamics and employee relations issues.
* Lead and support performance management, compensation planning and employee development processes locally.
* Analyse data to provide insights to inform decisions on talent and organization effectiveness.
* Champion initiatives that promote an inclusive, high performing workplace culture.
* Continuously looking to improve existing policies and processes.
* Other projects as required.
Requirements:
* 7 plus years’ HR experience with 3 to 5 years’ experience as a strategic business partner, preferably in Life Sciences.
* Proven ability to influence and partner with all levels in an organisation
* Experience of working in a global and/or matrixed organisation
* Effectively organize, prioritize and handle multiple priorities
* High level of communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships and confidently engage across the business
* Strong knowledge of employment law and best practices
* Strong background in change agility
* Minimum Level 8 degree.
