Role Overview
We are seeking a Communications Specialist to support our internal and external communications strategy as we experience significant growth in the Data Centre delivery company operating across Europe, specialising in delivering turnkey digital infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
* Content Creation & Management
o Write, edit, and manage internal communications across various channels.
o Develop engaging posts, social media content, and communication assets to support key initiatives.
o Maintain a structured content calendar to effectively plan and schedule communications.
* Operations & Organisation
o Archive and organise existing communication materials for easy retrieval.
o Manage submission processes for internal engagement and communication platforms.
* Reporting & Research
o Track and analyse internal communications performance to refine strategies.
o Conduct research to support content creation and communication planning.
Requirements
* A degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field.
* 1-3 years of experience in communications, marketing, or content creation.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong understanding of grammar, editing, and proofreading.
* Basic photo editing skills and a creative approach.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* An inclusive and thoughtful approach to communication.
* The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
