Job Title: Reconciliations Analyst
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: Competitive and based on experience
Location: Dublin (3 days in the office required)

Vanguard is seeking a Reconciliations Analyst to join their dynamic team in Dublin. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a global financial institution renowned for its commitment to high standards and professional growth. The successful candidate will perform accurate and timely fund and investment operations functions, ensuring the smooth running of a wide range of portfolios. What you'll do:

1. Ensure accurate and timely completion of daily fund and investment operational functions.
2. Maintain control of fund level processes and own fund level tasks under general supervision.
3. Identify, measure, manage, and monitor operational risks and proactively seek to mitigate those risks by developing improved processes, policies, controls and relationships with internal partners.
4. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for the group fund operation procedures.
5. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external clients and business partners.
6. Prepare reporting for internal and external clients and maintain effective working relationships.
7. Participate in Control and Risk Management, Contingency and Information Security efforts to mitigate business risks.
8. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

What you bring:

1. Minimum of one-year related work experience.
2. Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience; Accounting or Finance degree preferred.
3. Ability to ensure accurate and timely completion of daily fund and investment operational functions.
4. Experience in identifying, measuring, managing, and monitoring operational risks.
5. Proven ability to develop comprehensive documentation for group fund operation procedures.
6. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish effective working relationships with both internal and external clients.
