Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team in Limerick for an exciting expansion project. This is a 12-month hourly rate contract, with rates dependent on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and monitor assigned engineering projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, practices, and specifications.
* Interact daily with clients to understand their needs and requirements, representing them in the field.
* Experience coordinating with design houses is essential.
* Oversee overall quality control of work, including budget, schedule, plans, and personnel performance, reporting regularly on project status.
* Assign responsibilities and mentor project team members.
* Collaborate effectively with project managers and other participants to provide technical support.
* Review engineering deliverables and initiate corrective actions as needed.
* Manage and coordinate contractors from various disciplines, including civil, mechanical, electrical, and automation.
* Maintain strong knowledge of safe working procedures.
* Exercise financial control over all aspects of the project.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Process, or Mechanical Engineering, with at least 2 years of related experience.
* GMP experience is preferred.
* Pharmaceutical experience is desirable.
* The right to work freely in Ireland without visa restrictions.
