Every day with us brings new challenges and opportunities for growth The successful candidate will be required to work within the Parts team to continuously deliver the highest level of satisfaction to internal and external customers. This will require you to continually strive to ensure the appropriate maintenance of stock is available and thus the needs of the customers are delivered. Role Responsibilities: Maintenance of stock including processing parts, deliveries, orders and returns Dealing with aftersales customers both on the phone and in person Delivery of products to trade customers Dealing with customer queries Co-Ordinate daily parts deliveries Promote accessories sales Promotion/ sales/securing of orders from existing and prospective customers General Warehouse duties The Ideal Candidate: Skills and Competencies: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Results-oriented mindset with an interest in working in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail is essential to consistently deliver high-quality service. Continuous improvement mindset to enhance customer satisfaction. Valid driver's license is required. Flexibility to adapt to changing needs. Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer queries empathetically. Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to build strong relationships across departments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, Email). Experience with Autoview is desirable but not essential.
