Key Responsibilities:

* Analyse daily and weekly reports to ensure the store operates efficiently.
* Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team, preparing them for future leadership.
* Set clear objectives and KPI targets, ensuring regular follow-ups to drive success.
* Support and manage underperformance to align with business goals.
* Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for all store concepts and fostering team development.
* Oversee stock management and product rotation.
* Implement visual merchandising (VM) guidelines and share insights with the regional team.
* Conduct regular competitor analysis, reporting key insights to improve performance.
* Maintain strong communication with regional and brand centre teams.
