Cpl are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our client in their technical Operations department as a Business Process Specialist. In this role you will be responsible for streamlining and optimising business processes with a primary focus on effective on-boarding, personnel development and communication strategies.
This is a fully onsite contract role based on the client site in Limerick.

Education and Experience:
8. Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Management, or a related field.
9. Proven experience in business processes improvement, project management or organisational development.
10. Strong analytical skills. Ability to identify problems, evaluate options ad implement effective solutions.
11. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to interact with individuals across all levels of the organisation.
12. High level of proficiency on SharePoint architecture, MS Office Suite & Power apps.
13. Skilled in process mapping, workflow analysis and project management tools.
14. Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
