Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Social Care Manager to join our team at a residential setting for young people and adults with disabilities and complex needs. Our client is dedicated to providing high-quality care and support, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion.
This is a full-time permanent position based on-site at the centre, with a Monday-to-Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (plus on-call support). The ideal candidate will have a Level 7 qualification in Social Care or Applied Social Studies, as well as relevant management experience and qualifications.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and support to service users, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met. They will also be responsible for managing a team of staff, leading by example and promoting a positive work culture.
