Business Development Manager
Vision Ireland Group Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in developing and fostering meaningful connections between Vision Ireland and diverse stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be passionate about social change, navigate complex project work and hold ability to operate in fast-growing and rapidly changing environment.

Vision Ireland is national sight loss agency providing support and services nationwide to people experiencing sight loss.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute community engagement projects and events to inform effective project planning and decision-making.
* Analyse engagement outcomes to present findings and recommendations for further actions.
* Lead and generate new business for wider Vision Ireland organisation.
* Be responsible for full business development across all services.
* Selling to and/or influencing C-level executives.
* Identify and create new referral partners to generate new clients across group.
Selection Criteria
Skills and experience required include:
* Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Business Development Role.
* Understanding of BDs play in lead generation.
* Proactive and continuous improvement mindset.
* Full driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.
* Proven track record of revenue directions.
* Experience selling to and/or influencing C-level executives.
* Proven experience growing or scaling company's customer base.
* Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
* Experience and understanding of disability supports is distinct advantage.
* Strong influencing and diplomacy skills.
* Ability to prioritise workload and manage time effectively.
* Strong commercial awareness and business-oriented mindset.
* Strong focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related discipline and evidence of continuous professional development are also required.
