We are currently recruiting for the role of Reward Specialist on behalf of a large and growing Pharmaceutical organisation Reward Specialist Dublin South based -Hybrid role (3 days on site - parking available) 50,000 to 70,000 per annum depending on experience Brilliant opportunity for progression Responsibilities: Contribute to the design and implementation of the Total Reward strategy, policies, programmes and processes Administer the Annual Reward Review process Develop, maintain and execute the Reward Annual Plan and Calendar Coach and support HRBPs and Line Managers to enhance their understanding Continuously review and enhance relevant policy and process documentation Perform assigned reward bench marking activities Manage the benefit enrolment process and Payroll processing accuracy Identifying emerging needs of the business, provide insights and recommendations Requirements: 3+ years experience in a rewards dedicated role, within the HR remit, preferably in a large organisation Good understanding of job evaluation, reward survey management, vendor Management and benefit administration HR qualification or the equivalent Keen communication and analytic mindset Robert Walters Operations Limited is an employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates Skills: `rewards comp and benes hr hrbp
