We are seeking a skilled Duty Manager to join our team at Marqette.
This role will work closely with an experienced General Manager who prioritizes colleague growth and training.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* At least 1 year of previous management experience or similar
* An outgoing and friendly personality
* Excellent customer service skills
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Proficiency in written and spoken English
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be flexible, and perform well under pressure
Key responsibilities include:
* Training and development of staff
* Managing day-to-day operations of the Food Hall
* Administration, cash controls, and implementation of HACCP and other required training
* Roster and stock controls
* Dealing with daily problems and reporting to the General Manager
* Ensuring all staff comply with Company policy and procedures
