Job Title: Mechanical Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our team and work on new large-scale projects across Ireland.

Role Overview
* Lead project planning, budgeting, and scheduling from conception to completion.
* Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure client specifications are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Utilize Leo Lynch systems to track and monitor project progress and compliance.
* Ensure effective collaboration among project team disciplines (BIM/Engineering/QA/Procurement) and resolve issues as they arise.
* Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify and resolve issues, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
* Manage financial aspects of each project, including cost control, budgeting, and forecasting.
* E nsure all work complies with relevant legislation, codes, and standards, including health and safety regulations.
* Implement structures to monitor, review, and control expenditure.
* Produce accurate commercial reports for Senior Management.
* Collaborate with Directors and Site Managers to support business needs.
* Foster productive partnerships with internal and external clients.
Requirements
* A mechanical background with a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience as a Project/Contracts Manager in construction with a mechanical project engineer background.
* Experience with MEP engineering contractors or Main Contractors on Life Science, Semi-Conductor, or Data Centre projects.
* Knowledge of Mechanical, HVAC, and Process systems, including design, installation, and operation.
* Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
* Must be able to travel within Europe occasionally.
* A full driving license.
