Job Purpose Reporting to Service Line Ireland leadership and IOI leadership, the purpose of this influential support role is to the Service Line Lead and Service Line Operations partner by taking many of the day to day business decisions and participating in the development and execution of the Service Line strategy and ambition.

- identify issues in a timely manner and propose and execute actions in responseUpdate leadership on performance, rationale for performance and agree actionsWorking closely with our Finance support team to be on top of weekly financial performanceDrive business improvement initiatives through innovative thinking and solutionsLead the yearly annual strategic and financial planning processes (e.g.
Market Leadership Plans, FY Plans and periodic reforecasting)Drive operational support teams to deliver service levels required for the business to succeed and meet its targets including:Working Capital – ensuring we are accelerating timely billing and prompt collection of cashResourcing – forecasting accuracy and redeployment to maximise utilisationRecruitment – ensure aligned with and responsive to business needsUnderstanding and management of indirect costOutlook Perform periodic reforecasts, update leadership and propose actions in responseDevelop an understanding on sales and pipeline and impact on future tradingAssess sales and pipeline performance and other outlook indicators - identify, propose and execute actions in responseIdentify business risks and issues and develop and execute plans to mitigatePeople Oversee recruitment planning, identifying and approving searches and offersTogether with the SL People Partner, SL leader and the Talent team, manage the yearly pay and review process including communication strategyProvide support on the LEAD process and ensure the smooth running of the Leadership LEAD reviewsSupport the SL People Partner and the Talent team in the execution of their Talent strategyTransformation Identify and deliver transformation opportunities (technology and process improvement) to enable the business to operate more effectively.Drive behavioural change to embed commercial awareness in the business;Other Miscellaneous operational, tactical and strategic projects upon request.
