Role: The Head of Technology at Errigal Group will lead the companys digital transformation, driving innovation and optimizing technology to support business growth.

The Head of Technology will shape and execute a forward-thinking strategy that enhances operational performance and accelerates the adoption of modern solutions.
Key responsibilities include advancing the companys cloud platforms, strengthening cybersecurity, and leveraging data analytics for strategic decision-making.
With oversight of IT teams across Ireland and the UK, this role will foster a culture of innovation and collaboration, ensuring that technology initiatives are aligned with business goals and support the Groups rapid growth.
Reporting to the Group Finance Director, the Head of Technology will work closely with senior leadership to integrate technology into every aspect of the business, establishing a secure, scalable, and future-ready infrastructure.
Principal Duties & Key Deliverables Technology Leadership & Strategy Drive technology transformation aligned with company goals to improve efficiency, security, and scalability.
Lead innovation efforts by identifying and integrating emerging technologies.
Shape and execute a strategic IT roadmap that emphasizes digital transformation across all divisions.
Digital Transformation & Innovation Champion the adoption of cutting-edge technologies like cloud platforms, AI, machine-learning and data analytics to support business growth and enhance performance.
Partner with senior leadership to integrate technology as a key enabler of operational excellence and long-term growth.
Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Management Ensure the security and resilience of IT infrastructure, prioritizing cybersecurity and compliance.
Oversee the development and deployment of scalable, reliable cloud-based solutions, with a focus on Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
Data-Driven Decision-Making Leverage data analytics to provide actionable insights, driving informed decision-making and supporting strategic planning efforts.
Foster a data-driven culture within the organization.
Team Leadership & Development Cultivate a high-performance, collaborative IT team that delivers transformative results.

Experience Qualifications Proven success in leading large-scale technology adoption and transformation initiatives within multi-location organizations.
Strong expertise in cloud services (Microsoft Azure, AWS) and Microsoft 365 platform optimization, including infrastructure deployment and collaboration tools.
Demonstrated leadership in driving digital innovation, with an emphasis on emerging technologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective alignment between IT and business goals.
Experience with IT governance, compliance (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR), and cybersecurity risk management.
Expertise in managing IT budgets, vendor negotiations, and ensuring cost-efficient technology investments.
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and the ability to align IT strategy with overall business objectives.
