Procurement Senior Specialist

We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a leading multinational pharmaceutical organization. This is an excellent position for anyone looking to join a top-performing company that excels in its field.
Duties:
* Manage direct, indirect and research procurement categories including strategic sourcing and procurement, supplier selection and negotiations, creating leverage above site, contract management.
* Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders on site to provide full support on supply, drive and support changes, understand site priorities and seek alignment on implementing procurement-driven projects.
* Strategically manage supplier relationships to drive alignment to SSC Category targets and enable continuous improvement (supply, quality, innovation, cost and regulatory aspect).
* Implement globally cascaded projects (enabling global suppliers, driving SSC category strategy etc.) including project management to meet project deadlines, alignment with the site, managing supplier transition etc.
* Continuously improve procurement processes, increase personal productivity.
* Engage, obtain sponsorship, influence senior level stakeholders, demonstrate procurement value proposition, create a delivery plan shared jointly with business stakeholders.
* Develop end-to-end risk management strategies and performance management & improvement strategies.
* Acknowledge change agent role, demonstrating added value brought by the procurement function, serve as a personal example and role model of leadership behaviors.
* Actively promote diversity within the company and expand relationships with diverse, SME suppliers.
* Responsible for developing and delivering objectives and targets in respective categories including annual profit plan/savings forecast, working capital conversion/pull-through targets, SME spend targets, spend concentration % targets, and contract compliance % targets.
Experience and Education:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering/Supply Chain or Business minimum; MBA or CPM/Supply Chain certification preferred.
* Working experience in multinational companies, complex matrix organizations, exposure to international teams.
* 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing/supply chain/procurement for manufacturing sites.
