Client Service Manager – Residential
This is a Full-time Permanent Position, requiring 169 hours of work per month.

We are seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the service and of the staff team, ensuring a high-quality person-centred service in line with organisational standards and promoting social inclusion and community participation.
Requirements:
* Level 7 or 8 in Social Care
* Level 6 in Management
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in Intellectual Disability
* 3 years Supervisory or Management experience in Social Care
* Full licence and access to own transport
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be innovative in their approach, and have a proven track record in managing teams and providing high-quality services.
