About the Role:
We are seeking a Service Support Administrator to join our Blanchardstown Office team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Answer incoming calls professionally and transfer them to relevant departments or personnel.
* Assist with scheduling queries and planning of schedules.
* Action requests from various departments.
* Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as needed in a professional and efficient manner.
* Liaise effectively with colleagues on matters relevant to the success of Platinum Home Care nationwide.
* Share on-call phone responsibilities.
* Meet and exceed key performance indicators.
* Ensure adherence to health and safety policies and procedures for a safe working environment.
* Comply with data protection regulations regarding HSE, client, and care records.
Requirements:
* Strong IT and PC skills, including reporting.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Well-organized, innovative, and deadline-driven individual.
* Ability to make a positive impact.
* One Touch experience is advantageous; training will be provided if necessary.
