Currently, we are hiring Regional Director - Homecare for a Private Nursing home in Co. Dublin Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
* Promote the highest standards of care and service - ensuring quality standards are maintained within all aspects of the business and in line with the Company, HSE and HIQA standards.
* Develop and manage relationships with clients, HSE/PHN's/OT's and home support office
* Provide support and leadership to our Healthcare staff.
* Ensure all homecare packages are filled on a timely and ongoing basis.
* Ensure the delivery of all staff training.
* Oversee the rostering and scheduling and on-call cover.
* Work with HR and manage the recruitment process.
* Work closely with clients and families to ensure care plans meet individual needs. Respond to feedback and resolve issues promptly.
* Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation without compromising service quality.
* Ensure the ongoing training and development of staff to meet service needs and professional standards.
Requirements
* Bachelors degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years in a management role, preferably in healthcare, Homecare/Nursing Homes or Social Care sectors preferred
* Previous team management experience essential.
* Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to inspire and motivate staff
* Experience in managing budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation.
