Job Title: Accounts Administrator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Administrator to join our client's finance team in a dynamic distribution company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
* Maintain accurate financial records and assist in preparing financial reports.
* Handle invoicing, credit control, and payment processing.
* Assist in bank reconciliations and expense management.
* Support the finance team with budgeting and forecasting.
* Prepare VAT returns and assist in tax compliance.
* Maintain payroll records and liaise with payroll providers where necessary.
* Monitor and manage company expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding financial transactions.
* Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation.
* General administrative duties related to finance and accounting.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, Quick Books, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
