To report directly to the Leisure Center Manager & General Manager
To supervise daily shifts
To operate rostering as efficiently as possible
To ensure rosters are inputted into system & timesheets produced
To work with HR manager on all HR issues to comply with Hotel policy
To ensure all shifts are covered on a daily basis
To be responsible for ordering of products
Responsibility for the service in all departments within the Leisure Centre
To manage employees on a daily basis to ensure serviced is efficient, with the minimum of fuss & delay and to the required standard
To train employees to the standard required
To implement & manage all standards which have been implemented in the Leisure Centre
To promote a positive attitude to staff & customers alike
To maintain high standards of cleanliness in the Leisure Centre & surrounding areas
To operate all machinery and care for as necessary
To use all solvents as directed
To deal with customer enquiries and complaints
To have an in-dept knowledge of all hotel facilities available
To communicate all hotel facilities and services to guests
To ensure a high level of personal hygiene at all times
To ensure reasonable care is taken for health & safety of yourself, other employees and any other persons on the premises
To carry out fire and accident drills
To report and where possible tale action on incidents of fire, accident or damage
To attend all training courses
