As a Sr. Technical Program Manager in Workforce Solutions, you will lead program management in building all the technology-enabled recruitment processes for Amazon.

Our team is responsible for delivering the Hiring solution globally, working with cross-functional teams to create transparency and predictability through roadmaps, planning, and partner management.
Main Responsibilities:
* Work with engineering, product management, operations, marketing, legal, etc. to deliver the Hiring solution globally.
* Manage complex cross-team programs from ideation to delivery.
* Create transparency and predictability with roadmaps, planning, and partner management.
* Manage delivery schedules and emergent tasks while mitigating risks, managing tradeoffs, and eliminating blockers.
* Participate in architectural decisions, surfacing and mitigating technical risks, driving complex integrations with internal and 3rd party solutions, retiring technical debt, and identifying opportunities to create operational efficiencies.
* Set and embody the team culture and standards consistent with Amazon's leadership principles.
* Drive alignment with leadership in recruiting and partner tech teams.

Workforce Solutions (WS) is a horizontal, multi-discipline organization whose mission is to build the best people-forward technology to enable corporate recruitment for Amazon, globally.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience in technical product or program management.
* Experience in software development.
* Experience in technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.
* Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
* PMI/PMP project management certified.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management.
* Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules.
* Experience defining KPIs/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
