4. Correspondence and Communication - Handling emails, letters, and reports; liaising with medical staff, patients, and external agencies to facilitate communication.
5. Billing and Invoicing - Assisting with medical billing, processing insurance claims, and handling payments or invoices related to patient care.
6. Stock and Supplies Management - Ordering and maintaining office supplies, medical forms, and stationery to ensure the efficient running of the department.
7. Appointment Coordination - Managing patient bookings, cancellations, and follow-up appointments while keeping an organized scheduling system.
