Accountancy & Finance Recruitment Manager at Abrivia
A leading organisation is seeking a Financial Administrator to join its finance team and contribute to the smooth running of financial operations. This role involves a mix of treasury management, financial reporting, and administrative support, offering an excellent opportunity to work within a collaborative environment.
Your Role
* Assist with financial transactions, including journal entries, investment management and invoice processing.
* Play a key role in treasury operations by obtaining deposit rates, preparing proposals, and coordinating placements with financial institutions.
* Support regulatory reporting by preparing and analysing financial data.
* Conduct cost analysis, particularly in relation to insurance expenses and other key financial areas.
* Assist in managing cash flow by preparing daily cash reports and ensuring timely communication with relevant teams.
* Process payments through the company’s online banking system.
* Perform monthly reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy and control.
* Provide administrative support to the finance team as required.
Your Skills
* A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* Proficiency in financial systems and general IT skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.
* A proactive team player who thrives in a structured but fast-paced environment.
