The Role
The role will involve assisting customers in all aspects of their engagement with the company, from initial product ordering, tracking, resolving queries, and engagement internationally across other company divisions to ensure customers receive an outstanding level of service. We are keen to speak to individuals with an engineering or scientific background who may be interested in a more customer-oriented career within engineering & life sciences. The role requires strong communication skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
