**Business Development Manager and Trainer**
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager and Trainer to drive growth across the professional business in Ireland. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, providing maternity cover.
Reporting to the Sales Director – Professional Channel, you will be responsible for executing training, education, and business support to maximise brand awareness and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the Sales Director to deliver consistent year-on-year increase
* Meet new business targets
* Manage territory and journey planner
* Manage own diary, appointments, and time to ensure punctuality
* Deliver high standards of product knowledge and education
* Maintain strong knowledge of skincare and beauty trends
* Bring new ideas to the table to maximise sales and exceed targets
* Submit weekly reports on time
* Build strong relationships with accounts and add value on visits to maximise mutual growth/profitability
* Train spas/salons/clincs on brand facial protocols
* Analyse reports, data to identify opportunities/issues and assist in achieving sales target
**Essential Skills:**
* Proven experience in sales and achieving/exceeding targets
* Proven experience in actively seeking and securing new business
* Experience carrying out aesthetic facials
* Ability to work autonomously and manage own diary
* Strong interpersonal, time-keeping, and organisational skills
* Excellent team player
* Proactive and self-motivated
**Requirements:**
* The ideal candidate will have experience in advanced skin treatments, such as peels
* Level 4 Diploma in Aesthetics Therapy (laser and advanced treatments)
* Minimum 5 years' experience in industry
* Excellent grooming standards
* Passion for aesthetics
* Commitment to personal and professional development
