Job Title: Training Representative
As a member of our Quality team, you will play a critical role in shaping the development of groundbreaking technologies.
With a passion for problem-solving, you will partner with various teams to influence decision-making throughout a product's entire lifecycle.
Main Responsibilities:
* Ensure accurate tracking and maintenance of training and certification records, adhering to ISO13485 and FDA Part 820 regulatory requirements.
* Provide new employees with on-site training on general procedures, EH&S, and global production training, identifying opportunities for program improvements.
* Serve as an LMS system expert, answering user questions and proposing training opportunities for basic system utilization.
* Contribute to content and prepare training materials for Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and On-The-Job (OJT) methods.
Requirements:
* Minimum Leaving Certificate or equivalent experience working with Quality Systems.
* Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
* Expert knowledge of software packages, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
About the Role:
This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days of on-site work per week. As a Training Representative, you will ensure all Ireland Operations Employees are compliant with required global, EHS, and job-specific training, providing support for the Group Leader and serving as the LMS systems expert.
