Your Role:
* Grow personal training and group training revenue year on year.
* Build strong relationships with existing staff and members and maintain a presence in the local community.
* Teach a variety of different exercise classes.
* Maintain high presentation standards in Club Vitae at all times.
* Be responsible for Leisure Centre Attendants and their duties during shifts.
* Ensure a high level of customer service at all times.
* Assist the manager in implementing effective monitoring of memberships and maintaining records of usage and renewals.
* Liaise with the management team to ensure monthly targets are met.
* Monitor department overheads to ensure budgets are adhered to.
* Ensure all Health and Safety regulations are followed in the Leisure Centre.
What You'll Need:
* Qualified personal trainer or fitness instructor from a recognized fitness course provider.
* A lifeguard qualification is essential.
* In-depth knowledge of nutrition and motivational techniques.
* Qualification as a strength and conditioning professional is a bonus.
* Certified in first aid.
* Swim teaching experience is preferred.
* An outgoing personality, with motivation and enthusiasm to make a difference.
* Sales-focused to help drive business growth.
* Essential to be self-motivated and willing to focus on building a client base.
