Key Responsibilities and Duties
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels.
* Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude at all times.
* Acknowledge and resolve customer queries.
* Administer tasks including processing forms and applications.
* Keep records of customer interactions, transactions and comments.
* Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.

Key Skills and Competencies
* Prioritise and multitask, with excellent time management and organisational skills.

* Be passionate about Nutritics and bring that enthusiasm to work daily.
* Have 6 months - 2 years' experience in a similar role.
* Hold a third level qualification (desirable not essential).
* Be fluent in spoken and written English.
* Have previous experience in nutrition (an advantage but not essential).
