We are seeking a commercially-minded and rate-savvy Front of House Manager to lead our FOH team in delivering an exceptional guest experience while maximising hotel rates.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be a senior Front Office/FOH Manager with at least two years' experience managing an entire FOH team at a quality hotel property. They will have a solid understanding of sound revenue management practices, excellent training and motivational skills, and the ability to lead from the front as a hands-on manager.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the FOH team (Reception, Accommodation, and Porters) in delivering an exceptional guest experience
* Ensure hotel rate maximisation through effective revenue management practices
* Manage event planning and coordination
* Train and motivate staff to meet high standards
Requirements:
* Senior Front Office/FOH Manager with at least two years' experience managing an entire FOH team at a quality hotel property
* Understanding of sound revenue management practices
* Excellent training and motivational skills
* Proficiency with Hotsoft/Opera/Open table/Booking.com
