REQUIREMENTS:
We are looking for an amazing, data-driven marketing campaign specialist to help acquire new inbound leads. You will be responsible for attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for the business, and nurturing those leads to become potential customers. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, technical skills, and project management. Candidates must have exceptional spoken and written English and a comprehensive understanding of content marketing used to achieve business goals.
Are you self-motivated and versatile with the ability to create marketing campaigns and then measure results? Do you also have a love for writing copy that influences customer decisions?
If so, we are looking for someone with:
* A third-level qualification in Marketing, preferably at Masters level or at least 3 years equivalent working experience in SaaS;
* A minimum of 3 years relevant marketing experience;
* Experience with demand generation, inbound marketing, email marketing (MailChimp, Campaign Monitor, etc.), lead nurturing, marketing automation, and web analytics;
* Proficiency in marketing automation software (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.), blogging and social media management tools (HootSuite, SproutSocial, Radian6, etc.) in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them into converted customers;
* Working knowledge of WordPress, Webmaster Tools, Google Analytics, Google AdWords;
* Experience using a CRM software;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Editing software in Lumafusion, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro;
* Experience in content production related to inbound marketing; including blogs, guides, podcasts and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, SlideShare, etc.);
* Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data;
* Excellent communicator, creative thinker, and an excellent writer with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions;
* It would be helpful if you had experience of running webinars and played a part in producing and sharing event-related content;
* Bonus skills/experience: HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite, KISSmetrics.
Responsibilities:
* Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content;
* Manage various email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content;
* Optimize the marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels;
* Manage the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant;
* Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about the company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences;
* Create new landing pages and lead generation forms for our content to distribute through relevant paid programs;
* Set up paid campaigns, optimizing the quality score and cost-per-acquisition;
* Grow our subscriber base by providing them with regular, helpful content that's aligned with their needs and interests;
* Create free resources each month to drive leads, subscribers, awareness, and/or other important metrics (examples include eBooks, whitepapers, infographics, guides, templates, etc.);
* Writing various types of articles on a wide range of topics for our blog to attract site visitors through search, social media, and email subscribers.
