Job Title: German Medical Coordinator – Qualified Nurse
Location: Dublin – Hybrid
Salary: €46,000- €48,500 DOE + Inc shift allowance, performance bonus + Excellent benefits
Contract: Permanent Full Time – (Mon-Sun availability during standard business hours)
Are you a qualified nurse looking to step into an administrative function?
Our global client is seeking to recruit a qualified Nurse that speaks fluent German to join their team in Dublin. You will join their medical team that supports their customers globally with their medical requirements, working with charity organisations around the world that need medical advice/assistance and assisting our day-to-day client accounts with their medical queries and supporting customers that are travelling and get injured to return to their home countries.
This diverse role will utilise your nursing skills, medical care knowledge, administration skills, and organisational skills while multitasking daily. It would suit someone from a nursing background seeking a new challenge working for an organisation that offers excellent working hours, work-life balance, and benefits.
The Role:
* Managing complex medical cases across the business.
* Supporting charities globally with medical assistance/advice.
* Managing customers who become sick or get injured abroad and communicating with hospitals and medical staff locally, supporting them in returning to their home country.
* Cost reduction and ensuring medical bills are accurate and free from fraud using your medical expertise.
* Building strong relationships with clients, customers, and both internal and external parties.
* Keeping the database up to date and demonstrating strong administration skills.
* Providing exceptional customer service and developing client relationships.
* Working in line with team SLAs.
* Responsible for process feedback and development to improve internal structures.
What we are looking for:
* Valid Nursing Qualification (Global).
* Extensive experience in nursing in a clinical or hospital setting.
* Fluent in German and English.
* Strong administration abilities.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure with high volumes and result-oriented.
