Clinical Nurse Manager II
Role Overview:
Hours: 37.5 per week The Clinical Nurse Manager II (CNM II) is responsible for leading, managing, and coordinating the clinic team to ensure an efficient, effective, and safe collection process while delivering an excellent service to donors.
The CNM II oversees all aspects of managing the team and is accountable for service quality and operational effectiveness.
The clinic is located in Dublin city and operates Monday to Friday.
The CNM II must adhere to the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) Code of Practice and Scope of Practice, as well as the client's Quality System and Code of Conduct at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Management: Oversee donor recruitment, selection, and retention.
Ensure high-quality service delivery through planning, assessment, implementation, and evaluation.
Monitor and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Quality and Compliance:
Ensure all work practices align with the client's Quality System, policies, and procedures.
Report and manage incidents and complaints promptly and accurately.
Resource & Performance Management:
Optimize resource allocation for efficiency and effectiveness.
Lead and implement change initiatives.
Foster a culture of collaboration, diversity, and respect.
Oversee performance development within the team.
Person Specification & Selection Criteria:
Essential: Registered with NMBI (live register) in any division.
Minimum of five years post-registration experience, including at least two years in relevant clinical practice within the last three years.
Proven management experience.
Evidence of continuous professional development within the last 12 months.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Flexibility to work varying hours as required.
Willingness to work away from base when necessary.
Desirable:
Management qualification.
Full driving licence.
