Role:
The IT Team Lead will have responsibility for the IT Team (1). You will report to the Head of Operations in order to manage the delivery of excellent customer service to customers and colleagues and contribute to the successful delivery of the business strategy.
A hands-on approach and a drive to get things right the first time are also required.
Duties:
8. Management of IT Team
9. Responsible for maintaining high performance levels of service-related processes and the ability to implement improvements where necessary
10. Ensure systems, procedures and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery
11. Responsibility for delivery of key IT projects to support delivery of business strategy and goals
12. Responsible for delivery of system and service improvements, ensuring that actions are implemented on time and within budget
13. Leading people management, including staff recruitment and retention, performance appraisals, training and mentoring
Experience:
14. Third level Degree
15. 3 Years’ Plus experience in a similar role (IT Support)
16. People management and leadership experience
17. Strong IT Security knowledge
18. Strong ERP system knowledge (SAP Business One an advantage)
19. Proven track record in Identifying and implementing Business Software
20. WMS experience desired
