Job Description:
The Recruitment Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive interview experience for our candidates. This includes scheduling interviews, coordinating hiring event days, and handling follow-up correspondence with candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
* Schedule various types of interviews and work directly with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
* Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email.
* Coordinate written assessments for the candidates.
* Arrange for candidate reimbursements.
* Track recruiting activities and provide weekly reporting on candidate status.
* Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
* Educate stakeholders on the recruiting process and responsibilities involved in the process.
* Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.
* Update candidate records in our internal recruiting system - HIRE.
* Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments which assess candidates' skills.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
* Experience with basic web-based tools and products like Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
* Experience in recruiting, coordination, administration, logistics, HR or equivalent.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Degree or diploma in HR or any related field.
* Experience working in a fast-paced, quickly changing, or international environment.
* Experience with technical tracking systems/software (like ATS).
