Business Developer (BD)
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Developer to join our team in the consumer goods industry.

Mayo, Roscommon, Sligo, Donegal
Purpose Statement
To serve as a Brand Ambassador for a leading multinational consumer goods company and foster relationships with stores to drive sales growth through direct selling, business development, data analysis, and merchandising.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop relationships with store staff and manage multiple channels, including multiples (Dunnes & Tesco) and the convenience channel (Supervalu).
* Gain in-depth knowledge of all brands and products across various categories.
* Achieve set sales targets through direct selling in the convenience channel.
* Enhance the customer journey through point-of-sale placement, product training, merchandising, stock level management, distribution, and space planning.
* Collaborate with in-store contacts to pre-sell and execute trade activities (current and future) in stores.
* Capture and report in-store data, including promotional compliance, distribution information, incremental displays, etc.
Requirements
* Motivated problem solver with excellent social intelligence and a strong understanding of merchandising, category planning, and planograms.
* Experience in the FMCG sector is not required but would be beneficial.
* Ability to build strong working relationships with line managers, peers, and customers.
* Excellent communication, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong business acumen and ability to overcome objections.
* Proficient technological skills, including the use of tablets/phones.
* Fully clean driving license.
Package
€27K per annum, plus €2,000 bonus, lunch allowance, van provision, fuel card, phone supply, tablet supply, and expenses receipted. 20 days annual leave.
