IT Service Desk Supervisor
About the Role
The IT Service Desk Supervisor will oversee the current team and provide hands-on support when necessary. The ideal candidate will have a degree-level education in a related field (IT) and a minimum of one year's experience supervising or leading a service desk team.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the current service desk and provide assistance and support when required.
* Manage incoming ticket queries and delegate tasks to relevant team members.
* Review closed requests to ensure completion in accordance with Service Desk SLAs.
* Evaluate open requests and escalate to the next level of the service desk when necessary.
* Identify project work scopes undertaken by the service desk.
Requirements
* Degree-level education or similar in a related field (IT).
* Minimum of one year's experience supervising or leading a service desk team.
* Essential skills include Active Directory, Office 365, and Windows Server support.
