This is a fantastic opportunity for a JBM or BM to work on iconic and much loved brands during an exciting period of growth. Working as part of the Ireland Marketing team focusing on Biscuits and Meals, you will also have exposure to regional and global teams and will work with leading edge techniques and resources.
Collaborating with cross-functional global and regional teams, you implement brand strategy that is aligned with our brand vision to drive sustainable growth and to deliver business objectives. You also support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives, including new product development and platform opportunities
How you will contribute
You will work with others to execute the brand strategy for designated brands (eg: Oreo, Snack, Cadbury biscuits) develop product and packaging initiatives, implement pricing strategies, and plan and execute integrated marketing communication and media plans.
You will also provide recommendations for integrated commercial plans and provide input and support in the development and execution of marketing plans to ensure they meet revenue, profit targets, sharing objectives and monitoring performance.
Based on your strong understanding of consumer insights, brand strategy and positioning, you will help develop integrated marketing communications and 360 degree campaigns.
Responsibilities
Business Planning
1. Leading situational analysis, strategy development and recommending growth plans for sustain brands.
2. Leading Meals portfolio
3. Support development of financial bridges and aligning growth targets with sales company
4. Presentation and alignment of plans with key stakeholders
5. Ensuring marketing inputs are available for monthly forecast review meetings.
6. Management of A&C budget
Integrated Marketing Communication for Biscuits & Meals
7. Full mix responsibility developing integrated 360 marketing activations for brands such as #1 global cookie brand OREO, #1 Biscuit in Ireland Snack, #1 chocolate brand Cadbury biscuits range.
8. Leading cross agency teams from brief through to execution
9. Developing consumer plans that are routed in strong consumer insight
10. Managing agency relationships – advertising, media, experiential, PR, digital
NPD Launches & Projects
11. Developing the business case to drive growth & margin
12. Leading the internal project process (with cross functional team)
13. Developing the launch plan – marketing and trade activation
14. Setting launch KPI’s and tracking in market results

Qualifications
22. Proven track record within a JBM/BM role in a FMCG context.
23. Commercially astute with P&L experience.
24. Innovation and project experience required.
25. Strategic thinker with the ability to take insights and translate into actionable business initiatives.
26. Agency management and ATL experience required.
27. Learns quickly when facing new problems, enjoying the challenge of unfamiliar tasks and open to change + standing alone.
28. Ability to building strong personal relationships & leverage relationships to deliver strong business results.
29. Educated to at least degree level or equivalent, a marketing degree or relevant business experience required.
30. Nielsen and Kantar experience.

We operate a hybrid model - 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
